Cancellations and Late Arrivals

The time needed for the service (s) or Spa Package that you schedule is reserved exclusively for you.  If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require a 24 hour notice or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged and must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.  Excessive short notice cancellations or No Shows (3 or more) will require treatments to be prepaid.  Scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of these policies.    Arriving late will simply shorten your treatment time.  Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed and the full value of your treatment will be applied.

Special Considerations

Please notify us when booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, recent surgeries, allergies, are pregnant or taking any medication relevant to your treatment. It is always advisable to check with your doctor prior to your arrival if you are unsure of being able to indulge in any treatments offered.

Gratuities

Gratuities (or tips) are not included in our prices, but are highly appreciated.

Please do not bring pets or children (under the age of 17) to the Spa.
